Clinton appointee, Susan Bolton…a government stooge and general hack…ruled in Federal Court… the Arizona Law unconstitutional in many respects gutting the important features of  State Senate Bill 1070.

Many voters saw this ruling as vindication of the freedom to travel “to and from” without incident or arrest. Latino voters can breathe a little easier their family members illegally in America will be able to remain and prosper without fear of deportation.

We need to open our borders completely. We need to dismantle the NANNY STATE so that these newcomers must work for what they want…and can’t just arrive…stick their hand out for alms  as they do in the country they fled. By eliminating red tape and tax…the newcomer has just as much opportunity to thrive as anyone else in this blessed land. The ONLY criterion is: can’t harm others. Peaceful co-existence and mutual enterprise are the hallmarks of an unhampered market.

We must dismantle the NANNY STATE. Once such YOKE AND CHOKE AGENDA has been deleted….everyone…from everywhere…can arrive and thrive. They can stay or go as they please. They needn’t worry about taxes or red tape since such will be eradicated. WOW! Eden!

While many of you are opposed to free and open borders…permit me to say that such freedom is emblematic of an unhampered market. Labor must be free to move to where the JOB is best or better. Labor must not be restricted or constrained. The consumer in the unfettered market place picks the best worker not the government.

However, because freedom is the “default position” of the human spirit…attempting to stop hungry-for-liberty people from crossing borders seeking freedom is a losing hand and should never be played. It’s aces and eights all the way around. Maybe this explains WHY there are sanctuary cities where illegal immigrants lacking proper papers can work and thrive never having to fear the jack boot.

We must dismantle the NANNY STATE and restore the unhampered market …free of red tape and tax…where the consumer is queen or king. When we cut funding to all of these entitlement programs paying off each victim with a one time actuarial-determined payment reduced to present-interest value…when such occurs…America will blossom in ways not imaginable. Not any longer will we have 10%(+) unemployment. Once this Eden-like place has been restored…we won’t need  NANNY STATE  spank and diaper check any more. AND labor will move as markets direct.
