FOLKS….as  a voice of one crying in the wilderness…on 03-12-10AD…I reach out to you to consider this PROPOSITION: HEALTH CARE  IS A RIGHT. President Obama recently told several audiences each of them had the right to quality health care upon demand.

FOLKS…permit me to offer an analysis. A ‘right’ is defined as:  the freedom to act within the socio-economic context free of force or fraud. THUS your activities are rightful so long as your exercise thereof does not impinge on someone else. In this unhampered market context, government as the social apparatus for coercion and compulsion  is there in such unhampered markets to punish victim-crimes and to sort out civil disputes, both contract and tort. In this situation, the exercise of my rights never affect anyone else through the initiation of force or fraud.

WHAT OBAMA is discussing in this PROPOSITION is not some ‘right’ as defined in the unhampered market context…but….a government-created right enforced affirmatively by government against others who object to its imposition. WHEN a citizen exercises this so-called RIGHT TO HEALTH CARE…this person is asking government to GRAB WEALTH from someone and pay off the costs of the needed health care. Every person is a potential target for this GRAB AND TAKE.

The NANNIE STATE with cradle to grave control and directive can GIVE some group special consideration while ignoring other  ”just-as-needy” pressure groups who lack political clout. Hence, in the NANNIE STATE…each pressure group fights for political control and access to public coffers for their distinct benefit.

WHY must we go down this  route of institutionalized civil war between competing factions for the little bit of wealth remaining? The PROPOSITION I mentioned at the beginning is part and parcel of   this kind of BATTLE for sustenance and power. IF a ‘right’ is what some LAW creates, then any others not mentioned would tend to become unlawful, reducing people to cattle with ONLY the freedom to OBEY.

FOLKS…Ludwig Von Mises  and Ayn Rand many years ago passed the torch of freedom to us. This writer is attempting to reach out and alert you. WHILE my message vested in mere word, likewise, 2000(+) years ago BEYOND JORDAN…at a POOL of GOD… stood …John the Baptist witnessing for freedom and rebirth, (JOHN 1:26-28).

WE must stop OBAMA and his vermin hun-horde of socialists and eco-fascits lest they erect the NANNIE STATE with its cradle to grave control and directive. In November of 2010 and November of 2012, at the ballot box, we can re-take our country. Thereafter, we can eliminate ALL red tape and taxes restoring thereby unhampered markets where the  consumer is KING. Indeed, even OBAMA has admitted: in an unhampered, unpampered market, there cannot be found any able-bodied paupers.

WHAT OBAMA is saying in this PROPOSITION is that one citizen’s need is a compelling draw on the wealth of all; and all must stand ready to give all for this one person’s needs. The MASTER  DECIDES  who, what, where, when, why as to GIFT AND GIVER. Indeed, OBAMACARE erects an elaborate maze of government power and authority stretching invasively into everyone’s life from cradle to grave.
